For nail salon owners
Social media for nail salons
Turn the work your team already does into clear, consistent reasons to visit. Content planning starts with your services, available appointment times and approved salon photographs.
Who this is for
For owners who have good work to show but lack a consistent schedule, clear captions or a process for collecting and approving content.
Content with a purpose
A useful plan balances nail work, service explanations, team or salon context, common guest questions and available appointments. Each post has one intended action: learn about a service, save an idea, ask a relevant question or book through the correct link.
- Plan themes around the salon’s actual menu and capacity.
- Write captions with accurate service and offer details.
- Prepare platform-appropriate creative using approved assets.
- Agree a review and approval process before publication.
- Keep profile information and booking destinations consistent.
Confirm the deliverables before starting
The proposal sets the platforms, number of posts, video scope, approval deadlines and revision allowance. Community replies, photography, filming, paid advertising and review responses should each be stated explicitly. They are not automatically included in every content package.
Salon-provided images are preferred when they accurately represent the service. Any illustration or demonstration should be identified appropriately; it must not be presented as a real customer result.
Measure useful engagement
Review relevant enquiries, profile actions and booking-path traffic alongside reach and saves. A popular video can attract people outside the service area, so reach alone does not establish that the content brought local appointments.
Scope and pricing
Deliverables, timing, setup and recurring fees are stated in your tailored proposal. Platform spend, external software and additional production are included only when explicitly listed.
Questions before you begin
Do you need new photos every week?
The content plan will define an achievable supply of approved photos and clips. Reusing an existing image can be appropriate when the message is new and the service details remain accurate.
Is replying to messages included?
Only when the proposal includes it and defines response responsibilities. Appointment availability and service questions may need the salon team.
Are ads part of social management?
Organic posting and paid campaigns are separate scopes; ad spend is agreed separately.
