For nail salon owners

Nail salon website design

Give guests the information they need to choose your salon, then make their next step easy. We plan website design around your menu, location, photographs and booking system.

Who this is for

For a new salon building its first website, an established salon with an outdated mobile experience, or an owner who needs a clearer menu and booking journey.

A website built around the appointment

Your website should answer four questions quickly: what you offer, what it costs, where you are and how to book. The proposed build starts with your real service menu, service durations where available, current hours and the booking link you already use.

  • Mobile layouts with readable text, comfortable buttons and a visible booking action.
  • Services presented as searchable text, with accurate prices and important add-on notes supplied by the salon.
  • A gallery using approved salon photographs, with descriptive image text.
  • Location, directions, contact details and consistent opening hours.
  • Connection to an existing booking provider, subject to its supported links or integrations.

What we review before launch

We check the navigation, phone and map links, important forms, service information and booking handoff on desktop and mobile. We also review page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs and image loading. A booking-button click is measured separately from a confirmed appointment whenever the booking provider makes that data available.

Your proposal should make ownership clear

Page count, design revisions, content entry, hosting, domain charges and ongoing support are separate scope decisions. Your proposal should identify who owns the domain, who has administrator access and what files or access are transferred if the engagement ends. Do not assume a subscription includes every future redesign.

We confirm the supported booking integration before quoting. A website does not automatically include a new POS system, payment processing or appointment-management software.

Scope and pricing

Deliverables, timing, setup and recurring fees are stated in your tailored proposal. Platform spend, external software and additional production are included only when explicitly listed.

Questions before you begin

Can I keep my current booking system?

Usually the first option is to link to the booking system you already use. Embedded booking and deeper integrations depend on that provider and are confirmed before work begins.

Can you guarantee more bookings?

A clearer website can remove friction, but appointments also depend on demand, availability, pricing and service experience. We agree how enquiries and bookings will be measured.

What do you need from my salon?

Your approved menu, hours, address, public contact details, booking link, brand assets and photographs you are allowed to use. Access is arranged securely during onboarding.
